Permitted use
Use i360 Connect only for lawful organisational communications, collaboration and administration, and only with permission from the relevant organisation.
Prohibited activity
Do not upload unlawful content; harass others; distribute malware, phishing or spam; attempt credential theft; probe, bypass or disrupt security; access another organisation’s data; misuse integrations; or infringe privacy, confidentiality or intellectual property rights.
Customer obligations
Customers must manage authorised users, access roles, consent and notices for their own data, retention requirements and any special-category or regulated data. Users must promptly report suspected compromised accounts.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate reported abuse and take proportionate steps permitted by the applicable customer agreement, including restricting access where necessary to protect the service. Report concerns to hello@i360digitech.uk.
