Website & Service Terms

Terms governing this public website and the conditions under which i360 Connect may be supplied.

Last updated: 6 November 2026 · i360 DigiTech Limited · Contact: hello@i360digitech.uk

1. Provider and scope

i360 Connect is offered by i360 DigiTech Limited. These terms cover use of the public website and general service information. A customer order, subscription agreement, acceptable-use terms and DPA must be agreed before paid workspace activation. Where those agreements conflict with this page, the signed customer agreement takes precedence.

2. Website use

You may use this website lawfully to learn about the service, request information and contact us. Do not interfere with its security, misuse enquiry channels, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected areas or infringe intellectual property rights.

3. Product descriptions

Features and integrations described on this website are subject to configuration, eligibility, third-party accounts and technical availability. Product demonstrations do not constitute a guarantee that every advertised integration is activated for every customer.

4. Pricing and quotations

Indicative UK pricing is £4.95 per user per month, plus a one-off organisation setup fee of £95 for self-managed setup or £395 for fully managed setup. Applicable taxes, currencies, billing intervals, minimum commitments, user counts, cancellation rights and any additional services will be stated in the customer quotation and order. No online payment is taken by this website at present.

5. Accounts and customer responsibilities

Customers must ensure their users are authorised, protect credentials, assign appropriate administrators, maintain lawful rights to content uploaded and use the service in accordance with their applicable laws. Organisation administrators are responsible for user access and workspace governance.

6. Availability, support and changes

Service levels, support hours, maintenance windows, backups, export, suspension, termination and service credits (if any) must be specified in the customer agreement. We may improve or change the service, subject to contractual commitments.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, software and associated materials remain the property of their respective owners. Customers retain rights to their own data, subject to the limited permissions required to operate the service.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any negotiated limitations of liability for paid services will be set out in the customer agreement, not inferred from this website.

9. Governing law and contact

Unless otherwise agreed in a customer contract, these website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Enquiries: hello@i360digitech.uk. The provider’s verified registered company details must be inserted before accepting binding online orders.
